Alexandra Rucki of the Manchester Evening News reports that the Serbian world No. 15, who has been dating Manchester United's German midfielder, Bastian Schweinsteiger, since 2014, will be moving to Bolton.
The town is home to one of the UK's three International High Performance Centres, the Bolton Arena, which includes a tennis centre with eight indoor courts and two floodlit clay courts.
Ivanovic has a predominantly British coaching team, and her fitness coach, Howard Green, is head of strength and conditioning at the Bolton Arena.
“I will be based more there [in Great Britain] now. It just came about," she said. “I think for me it’s very important to have a good team and to feel comfortable in the environment.”
